Fundamentals of Teaching
Video modules of the 34 Classical mat exercises + Mat Manual
Pre-Pilates exercises Program
Contraindications, precautions, and modifications

Pilates Class program designs
Mentoring and 1:1 with staff for check offs, questions, and feedback
This program, once completed, is designed to become certified in Mat Pilates through the NCPT (NCPT examination is separate)
