Not much at all. In fact, you really only need an internet connection.
For equipment, if you have a mat, that’s great. If not, maybe just a large beach towel or a blanket. Every now and then we might use some small weights, but if you don’t have any, water jugs, milk jugs, or any other “heavy” household object will work!
Who are these classes for?
These classes are suited for all levels and abilities except for those who are pregnant or suffering from injury. We recommend consulting your medical professional prior to beginning any exercise program.
