New to Pilates? Not even sure what a Reformer is? Yes, it can seem intimidating. Luckily, we offer a 30 minute complimentary session to get new clients acquainted with the Pilates Reformer and the Pilates method. Back to Basics
This slower-paced Reformer group class is a great workout for beginners, people recovering from an injury, pre/post natal clients or those that enjoy focusing on the fundamentals of each exercise with a little added attention in a group setting!
Allegro – Level 1, 1.5, Intermediate & Advanced
These group classes are performed on the Balanced Body Allegro Reformer. Each level will provide you with a full-body workout encompassing both strength & flexibility. As you progress in levels, you will be introduced to more challenging exercises. Instructor permission is needed to advance levels.
All Levels Tower
This class utilizes the Pilates Tower System to help build long, lean muscles as it helps increase range of motion and unilateral movement by utilizing various attachments – springs, push through & pull down bars. The Tower challenges the body differently than the Reformer. Exercises can be performed lying down, sitting, standing or kneeling.
This Pilates group class is for intermediate and advanced clients. The Pilates based Reformer workout focuses on core strength, flexibility and total body conditioning fused with a perfect mix of cardio and body sculpting exercises designed to make you strengthen, lengthen & tone. You will break a sweat!
Mixed Equipment Class
Also for intermediate and advanced clients, this class uses a variety of equipment, including the tower, mat & Exo-chair. This fast-paced class will provide you with an intense full-body workout that will challenge and inspire the most experienced Pilates practitioner.
Created by our very own professional dancer & certified Pilates instructor, Teri Seier Moore, Barre-Set-Go is a fun & energetic, full body workout suitable for all levels. Teri combines ballet, modern dance, Pilates, cardio and coordination exercises and promises to give you the long, lean body of a dancer and the strength and endurance of a football player!
Pilates for Neurological Conditions
This class is for clients who have been diagnosed and are living with a variety of neurological conditions including Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis or Stroke. With an intimate class size (max of 6) facilitated by a board-certified Doctor of Physical Therapy, this class allows for more personalized, hands-on instruction. Caregivers are welcome to come observe/assist as needed!
