These small classes are performed on the Pilates Reformer and consists of 8 students or less. They are designed to give you a full body workout using the resistance of the reformers and small props.
Combining essential mat work with the benefits of the Pilates Tower equipment, this class is ideal for students of all levels. Through a system of springs and bars, the equipment supports the body to ensure proper stabilization and positioning, while providing added resistance for strengthening, toning and lengthening muscles. Exercises may be performed lying down, kneeling, sitting and/or standing.
Open to students with previous experience on the Pilates apparatus, this fast-paced Intermediate level class provides a challenging ``circuit training`` workout utilizing the Mat, Tower and Exo-Chair. Students will learn equipment settings as well as proper transitions for optimal flow between exercises. Instructor permission is required to enter this class.
