If Joseph Pilates were alive today what would you ask him to work on with you?
TEASER! What is your favorite and least favorite Pilates exercise?

Favorite exercise: standing leg series facing side and front because I just love working out my legs!

Least favorite: I don’t really have a “least favorite” I love any challenge thrown at me and if it’s hard, I just want to work harder at it, not dislike it…

What are you currently reading?
Currently reading “The Power of Now” Ekhart Tolle; I recently reread “Infinite Quest” John Edward

Tell us a fun fact about yourself that some of your closest friend may not even know.
Fun fact: I’m actually inherently really lazy… I’d sleep all day and night on a beach if I could, but I feel bad wasting the time that I have been blessed with

Describe your teaching style on one word.
Fun.

What makes you smile?
Everything has the capability of making smiling, it’s the context that matters.  Sometimes on the worst of days or at the worst of times, all it takes is a simple “hello” or a cute puppy to make me smile… every dark cloud has a silver lining.
