The pressure to get “likes” and “followers” on your social channels can be overwhelming. You might even be spending hours to build your following or you may have avoided even trying. The truth is I don’t believe a Pilates studio is built on likes or followers. I believe its built on the instructor’s ability to become known in their community (the one in real life). Which means you have all the control to build your Pilates business in your own hands. Sure, there is a place for social media and it can be useful. But, before we even start diving into your posts and engagements we have to find out exactly who you are as an instructor and then design the game plan for becoming a regional rockstar in your area. Are you ready to be known in your area as THE Pilates instructor?
